In a rare feat, all 5 starters on the Merion Mercy Academy basketball team were named to the 2022 All-Main Line Team. Monica Merenda, senior guard, and Julia Richardson, junior guard, were Honorable Mention. Francesca Scarpone, senior guard, and MaryKate Gray, junior center, were Second Team. (This was Mary Kate's third year being honored; she previously was Honorable Mention and Second Team). Being named to the First Team was Lucy Curry, senior forward and captain. She averaged 12.5 ppg, 10.4 rpg and 3 bpg. Noted for her versatility and scoring ability from all over the court, this was Lucy's third year receiving honor. She was Honorable Mention and Second Team previously.
